“The Role of Art in Ghanaian Festivals: A Case Study of Chale Wote Street Art Festival.”

The Chale Wote Street Art Festival is a thriving venue for artistic expression, cultural celebration, and community involvement that takes place every year in Accra, Ghana's old Jamestown neighborhood. This study investigates the festival's art's many facets, emphasizing how it promotes social cohesiveness, cultural identity, and urban renewal. Murals, performance art, music, fashion, digital media, and other kinds of art are all incorporated into the festival to create a dynamic interaction between local heritage and influences from across the world.

Please note that this presentation is an exam and that a hybrid option is not available
